We stand behind the quality of our denim, which is why we offer the Golden Warranty—a 6-month coverage on your jeans. If something happens, we’ve got you covered.

What’s Covered?

• Manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching issues, hardware malfunctions, unexpected fabric tears not caused by wear and tear).

• Fabric defects (e.g., discoloration beyond normal fading, weak denim structure).

What’s Not Covered?

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, distressing, minor abrasions).

• Damage due to improper care (e.g., washing outside of recommended guidelines, bleaching, excessive heat drying).

• Alterations, modifications, or repairs done outside of Wash Studios.

• Accidental damage (e.g., ripped by force, stains from external sources).

How to Claim

1. Submit a Request: Email us at info@washedstudios.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

2. Evaluation: Our team will assess your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

3. Resolution: If approved, you’ll receive a replacement, store credit, or repair service based on the issue.
