• Wash at 30°C — delicate cycle — turn product inside out and avoid harsh soaps
• Do not use bleach
• Air dry to preserve the fit and help avoid possible shrinkage or fabric warping
• Iron at low temperatures
• Avoid direct heat on leather labels

Delivery will take from 3–7 business days to arrive. Orders outside of Cairo can take longer than usual.

Once your order arrives, you may try it on the spot. If you're not satisfied, you can return the package and simply pay for the shipping fees. We offer a 30-day exchange and refund policy from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

• Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order/invoice number) must be provided.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.
• Exchanges are allowed as long as your desired size is available on our website.
• Refunds after the courier leaves are allowed, but with respect to our golden warranty.
• Items purchased on sale can be exchanged or refunded within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.
