We offer delivery all across Egypt. Delivery will take from 3–7 business days to arrive. Orders outside of Cairo can take longer than usual.

We offer a 30-day exchange and refund policy from the date of delivery, under the following conditions: • Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. • Proof of purchase (order/invoice number) must be provided. • Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. • Exchanges are allowed as long as your desired size is available on our website. • Refunds after the courier leaves are allowed, but with respect to our golden warranty. • Items purchased on sale can be exchanged or refunded within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.
